Aarivaa is a contemporary luxurious home stay in Rajkot, one of the largest cities of Gujarat state in India. This project is conceived by a well-established family of architects of the region with Gujarati hospitality and design excellence at its core. Kirit Kamdar, one of the first architects in Saurashtra region has been a prominent figure and a modest patron of Gujarat since 1950s and the creativity legacy now is been carried forward by his 3 children. Together with his son Nimit Kamdar, an avant-garde architect of the country, they spearhead this project.

Family's exposure to various world cultures, make Aarivaa an interesting platform where modern design of international hospitality standards is fused with the local lifestyle aspects inherited from the rich Gujarati culture and traditions. The passion and pride for the arts and crafts, design & architecture and cultural heritage of Gujarat along with worldwide design influences, has led the promoters of the project take a simple experience of a brief stay to a meaningful realization.

Ministry of Tourism has classified fully operational rooms of Home Stay Facilities like Aarivaa as "Incredible India Bed and Breakfast Establishments" with the idea to provide a clean and affordable accommodation stay for foreigners and domestic tourists alike including an opportunity of a close stay with an Indian family to experience authentic customs and cuisine.
