Important notes and policies for booking:
• Kindly note that it is mandatory for all guests to carry Photo Identity proof on check-in. This can be the guest’s driving license, PAN card, passport or voter’s ID card.
• Please fill our online reservation form and you will be contacted immediately on your email id with details of the payment process.
• Check-in time is 14.00 hrs and Checkout time is 11.00 hrs. Early arrival or late checkouts are available on prior request and subject to availability.
• Payment Policy: Full payment required for booking confirmation. Rooms are subject to availability at the time of 100% advance payment. A breakage refundable deposit will be collected on check-in. Online/Debit/Credit Card payments are subject to 2.5% service charge on total amount.
• Govt. Taxes & levies are extra as applicable. All rates, service charges and govt. taxes are subject to change without prior notice.
• Exchange rates are purely indicative.
• Note that children aged 5 and older are charged the Extra adult rate of Rs.1000. Please include them in the number entered in the No. of Adults box.
• Cancellation Policy: 50% cancellation charges of cancellation before 7 days of planned arrival. 100% cancellation charges when cancelled within 7 days of arrival. Cancellation policy will vary in peak season and black out dates.
• Aarivaa management does not take any responsibility of your valuables.
• Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited as per Gujarat Govt. laws.
• All services and amenities committed are subject to availability as per prevalent circumstances. No claim will be entertained for the same.
• Management’s decision would be final in any matters or disputes related to Aarivaa.
• Any illegal activity noticed on the premises would be immediately reported to the concerned Govt. authority.
• All disputes and legal implications are subject to Rajkot jurisdiction.
